Hit the sack, im back, u can rest easy, I keep doing it cause its so breezy covergirl, now I don’t know how, just flipped a switch, somethin’ burst in my head, I was like this the other day when i rolled outa bed, f*ck that, I didn’t roll, I JUMPED, bumped my brain, escaped the pain, no more drowning the misery AWAY, no more crazy drugs that make me “okay”, I GOTTA FEEL THIS sh*t, before that I was poppin pills, to kill the progressive decay, hide from the shame, no one to point the finger at, I was to blame, drop a whole check and my girlfirends too, footballs, 512s, M357, get me some a those, and I was headed directly to heaven, but I was so high I couldn’t see, I was standing in HELL, burning my feet, bottom of the well, would sell, out a friend, would steal from their home, I felt so f*ck*ng ALONE, all this just to keep my bottle on top, would go low as I could go, probably even suck a c*ck, then that night, VODKA and Z, turned out the light, on sanity, slipped, blipped, quipped but no one thought it was funny, cut myself up, put a knife on a cop, said I was dead if I didn’t stop, so they tied me all up and said, I keep him in here, a week I was down, they rattled me round, trying to see if my heart had a sound, found my mind in the ground, gave me the who, the what, the where, why, and how to pull myself up before falling down, couple days later I’m home from the nutso park, and a knock at the door, A f*ck ME, AND A f*ck A WHORE, cops put the bracelets on, we need to punish you more, to the cinder-block cage, a tiny little room for the monsters to play, strip his humanity, make him feel like a dog, that’ll fix him, he’ll come out strong, u fixed me alright, gave me nightmares in the light, it’s cool, got treatment as part of a deal, 8 years I skipped for keeping it real, thank GOD I am WHITE, but I gotta say they saved my life in a way, I woke up from that sh*t, now I wanted to say, I fight it, u gotta fight it, take it, day by day, day by day, if you can take it, you can make it, gotta take it DAY BY DAY
