It was all a dream, advanced imagination of the schemes
To obtain the bitches, cars, clothing, and the cream
But try to stop and ask yourself, what's it mean?
If you're living in a place, where all you care about is green
Try to stop and think, is it really best for me?
To rob, deal and kill, living life on the streets
Consider the fact, for most, it's not a choice
Many turn to rap, just to try and find a voice
Neighbours yelling loud, saying turn off the noise
But you just want to party, have some drinks with the boys
And as the night progresses, this shit gets hectic
Now your whole crew's, all pulling some weapons
All resulting from, your little side profession
The results, well they must be accepted
More violence erupts, your lean's spilling out of cup
Plus you're stepping up to people, like you just don't give a fuck
But deep down inside, man, we know you sure do
Strong fumes, coming from your room, like some bad perfume
Maybe make it in time, before it's curfew
But you can't cause you're sick, need some theraflu
You like to say you do it raw, with the shimmy shimmy yay
And you were supposed to go to school, but hell, what can you say
Another night, afternoon, another day
Another dead body get's carried away
So life goes on, unfortunately, the same song
Stay off of toxic, because that gives you lame thoughts
Get off your lazy ass, and go play baseball
But you never got the first pitch, never won faceoffs
Never got a lucky break, shit was thrown in your face
Came to a point, where you wanted to blow your brains
Out, dead gone, and not remembered
Because this world itself, became a silent killer
Picture, this, some sickening shit
It really is enough, to make you wanna call it quits
I try to write it, scriptures coming up, try to describe it
Don't want to take a dip, I want to go diving
Thriving, not the word I use to paint the picture
Of what I'm doing here, creating a whole nother religion
Call it a cult, gang, or whatever the fuck they want
As long as you get the fact, that we're here to get it done
