This chapter is about have the ability and strength to get over trying to be right and let the other person be right. even if you are right. like if you are in n argument with your mom and you're right just say okay do what you have to and say you're right because there is no point in wasting energy on an argument that is gonna stress you out.just save your self some time and breath and agree
